As every year, Euronext Brussels has organized a Bell Ceremony to celebrate the International Women’s Day. 65 stock exchanges around the world participated in the “Ring the Bell” events. These global ‘bell ringings’ aim to bring attention to the pivotal role the private sector can play in advancing gender equality to achieve the Sustainable Development Goals and to raise awareness about the Women’s Empowerment Principles.
Chantal De Vrieze, Managing Director Belux, had the honour to be keynote speaker to open the ceremony at Euronext Brussels on March 8th!
