Activities and responsibilities

In close collaboration with the Benelux CFO and the Finance Activity Managers, your scope will be wide and challenging :

  • For the 8 operational companies in Belgium (5), the Netherlands (1) and Luxembourg (2 including 1 PSF Company), you and your team will oversee
    • Produce the monthly consolidated figures for the management reporting in a tight timeline
    • Lead the yearly closing and handle relationship with auditors and tax advisors (Belgian, Lux and Ned GAAP + IFRS)
    • Generate yearly statutory accounts
    • File all compulsory duties (VAT, NBB, tax form, …)
    • In collaboration with legal department prepare minutes of board meetings, general assemblies, and keep updated the corporate legal files
    • Prepare workers council files
    • Supervise cash collection and handle relationship with banks and our factoring partner for the Belux perimeter

  • You will
    • Handle IFRS issues in a leasing environment
    • Take care of VAT and tax issues in cooperation with the Group Tax Director
    • Manage a team of 15 people
    • Work in a matrix organization reporting

  • Amongst different projects, you’ll lead
    • Changes and implement projects
    • Update and/or set up procedures while needed
    • Improve automation in accounting (Electronic invoicing, scanning, …)
    • Upgrade ERP system



  • Relevant experience as Accounting Manager (minimum 5 years in the position) in a multi-company department & international environment
  • Experience with changing environment (M&A)
  • Relationship capacities with internal and external clients (experience in shared service center is an asset)
  • Real Team leader with experience in coaching a team in a transformation project
  • Team player
  • Organized and meets the deadlines
  • Strong IFRS knowledge
  • Extensive experience with SAP FI/CO is a plus
  • Flexible and open mindset
  • Innovative and proactive approach
  • Fluency in Dutch and French, English is an asset
