Within Econocom, we are currently looking for an HR Business Partner to strengthen the HR Team Belux. 

Your responsibilities 

You will join an enthusiastic HR team of 12 people and report to the HR Director Belux. You will work closely with business leaders and provide proactive value-added HR support to meet key business needs.

In your role as HRBP you inform, advise and support specific departments in the implementation of the HR strategy, i.e. Performance Management, Training & Development and Talent Management.

You will support managers and facilitate the performance management process and ensure follow-up of all action plans & development requests. Planning of training, identify and evaluate training providers to ensure the highest quality of training methods and resources used.

You are able to have a good understanding of various business models and internal processes to lead change management/organizational change projects. 

Who are we looking for? 

  • Experienced HR professional, with 5 years of experience in various HR areas and especially in Learning & Development and/or Performance management and/or Talent management
  • You can build a valuable relationship with internal clients and transfer requests and solutions to/from the Management Services business unit
  • The ability to understand, translate and answer our customers' requirements. It is essential to have a strong sense of priority setting
  • Result driven, have a proactive attitude and excellent business communication skills at all levels
  • Knowledge/ experience in the ICT sector is a nice to have
  • Good knowledge of the Belgian Employment Law is a plus
  • Fluent in French and Dutch, English is a plus
