Today, my colleague Michael Devillet, Technical Architect and member of the Cybersecurity team, shares his expertise with you.

Happy reading!

1. What do you think is the most underestimated cybersecurity threat today?

Today, it is still the end user who is not necessarily aware that their actions have a significant impact not only on data security but also on the overall security of the company.

2.Do you have a quick piece of advice for businesses in 2025?

To work closely with their end users, helping them understand the impact of their actions on the company's security, and to train them through awareness sessions or discussion meetings on cybersecurity topics.

Because in the end, any security product will always be vulnerable if the end user is not able to understand how it works, their responsibilities, and the best practices for cybersecurity.

3. And do you have a memorable anecdote from your career in cybersecurity?

Yes, I had the opportunity to be present during the hacking of a public sector client, which really puts into perspective the impact of an attack—the paralysis of a hospital for several weeks, or even months in some departments. And that is truly sobering.
