As independent professionals, you are passionate about customer relationships, highly results-oriented, and excel at negotiations through to execution.

As a commercial agent at Econocom, you will represent a portfolio of clients.You will act as a business leader to exclusively represent our products and services in the areas of workplace, infrastructure, networks, managed services, IT distribution, audiovisual solutions, and leasing to B2B key accounts, mid-sized companies, and large public organizations.

Econocom has over 40 years of experience managing commercial agents — an outsourcing model that is central to our growth strategy.

As a true entrepreneur, you are responsible for developing sales, managing a client portfolio, and promoting Econocom’s products and services.

Your Key Responsibilities?

  • Prospect a list of client accounts for which you have an exclusive representation mandate.
  • Define and implement a prospecting and acquisition strategy to attract new customers.
  • Conduct market analysis and identify new opportunities.
  • Negotiate profitable deals with clients on behalf of Econocom.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to contract closing for Econocom.
  • Build long-term relationships with clients and ensure their satisfaction.
  • Operate independently while benefiting from a partnership with Econocom, based on proximity and regular interaction.
  • Achieve and exceed ambitious revenue targets.

What do you already bring to the table?

You are an experienced commercial professional aiming to become an entrepreneur, or you are already an entrepreneur looking to give your business a new boost. In both cases, you have strong experience (over 10 years) in workplace solutions, infrastructure, networks, managed services, IT distribution, audiovisual solutions, or leasing.

You possess the following core competencies:

  • Goal-oriented, hunter mindset, excellent communicator at C-level with strong relationship skills, particularly with CFOs.
  • Experience in selling complex, long-term solutions.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a sales role (experience in an IT/Digital Lease company or Corporate Banking is a plus).
  • Familiar with business financing solutions, financial planning, and idealy GAAP and IAS.
  • Depth understanding of the environment, products, and/or services in the specified areas.
  • Ability to analyze client needs and transition from diagnosis to strategy definition, mastering the full solution-based sales cycle (long and complex cycle).
  • Excellent communicator, able to understand and individually address specific client needs.
  • Skilled in persuasive communication and capable of building trust-based relationships with clients through active listening and tailored solutions.
  • Strong negotiation skills, balancing good client relationships with results-oriented performance.
  • Able to unite, motivate, and drive stakeholders involved in a joint project.

  • Flexible in dealing with change, resilient to setbacks, and open in communication.
  • Attuned to client needs, results-driven, and operationally precise.
  • Strong at building and maintaining relationships.
