Your Role?
We are seeking a proactive and commercially driven E-Commerce Platform Specialist to support and optimize our digital sales channels. In this role, you will be the technical and operational owner of our Adobe Commerce platform, ensuring high performance, seamless user experience, and alignment with business goals.
Your Key Responsibilities?
- Manage and optimize the daily operations of our e-commerce platform (Adobe Commerce / Magento 2).
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams.
- Configure and maintain product catalogs, pricing, promotions, and user flows.
- Monitor site performance, troubleshoot technical issues, and liaise with development partners when needed.
- Analyze e-commerce KPIs and user behavior to identify growth opportunities and platform enhancements.
- Implement platform improvements.
- Ensure best practices in SEO, UX, and content integration are consistently applied across the platform.
- Assist in rollout of new features, third-party integrations, and platform upgrades.
What do you already bring to the table?
- 2–3 years of hands-on experience managing e-commerce platforms (preferably Magento)
- Strong understanding of e-commerce operations, digital merchandising, and online consumer behavior.
- Demonstrated commercial mindset with a focus on business impact, revenue growth, and customer engagement.
- Comfortable working in cross-functional teams with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with Webservice, API’s and Magento is a big plus.
- Knowledge of digital marketing channels and how they integrate with e-commerce platforms.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills to interpret sales data and market trends.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong documentation, presentation, and communication skills (fluency in English, Dutch and French).
