Your Role?
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Recruiter to join our team in Zaventem. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for recruitment and be fluent in both Dutch and French. If you have a keen eye for talent and enjoy building relationships with candidates this is an excellent opportunity to develop your career in recruitment!
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment cycle for various positions, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both candidates and hiring managers.
- Screen, interview, and evaluate potential candidates for various roles in IT and internal positions.
- Advertise job openings on relevant platforms and networks.
- Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain accurate records of candidate profiles and recruitment activities.
- Co-manage various HR projects around onboarding, community building,... .
What do you already bring to the table?
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in recruitment or a similar position.
- Fluency in Dutch and French (both spoken and written) is a must.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Proactive, results-driven, and solution-oriented attitude.
