As a 360° Business Manager in IT staffing, you define and implement your own 360° business strategy. Your mission covers full-cycle business development, IT talent acquisition, and daily management of a team of IT engineers, while steering your own profit center (revenue growth & operational profitability).

Your Role?

1. Business Management – 360° Business Development

  • Define and implement a proactive business development strategy focused on IT Staffing, acquiring new clients (hunting) and expanding market presence in SMB and Enterprise.
  • Analyze IT market trends and understand client challenges to provide tailored, value-driven solutions.
  • Prospect, engage, and convert potential clients into long-term partnerships through a 360° commercial approach.
  • Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation, prospection, qualification, negotiation, deal closing, and client onboarding.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships and develop new business opportunities within existing accounts (farming).
  • Engage key stakeholders (clients, consultants, etc.) and oversee the entire commercial cycle.
  • Handle urgent business situations (e.g., terminations, cancellations) while ensuring client satisfaction and operational continuity.
  • Manage a profit center by optimizing revenue, profitability, and long-term sustainability.

 2. Team Management

  • Recruit, onboard, and develop consultants with a strong focus on IT profiles to match client needs and project objectives.
  • Lead, support, and motivate teams, ensuring their development, engagement, and well-being.
  • Monitor delivery, ensure high-quality execution, and manage operational transitions (onboarding, bench periods, offboarding) for IT engineers and consultants.

 

What do you already bring to the table?

  • You have 1 to 5 years' experience in recruitment and/or business development preferably in IT staffing.
  • You speak Dutch and French fluently and have a good knowledge of English.
  • You have commercial blood in your veins.
  • You can anticipate needs and issues, allowing you to act quickly and efficiently.
  • You have a strong sales mindset: negotiation, persuasion, and a clear focus on results.
  • You are proactive, organized, and solution driven.
  • You have a can-do mentality.
  • You have a driver's license.
