Your Role?

As a Licensing Administrator, you are an important link in supporting the license management process within our company. You ensure that everything around license agreements runs smoothly and that we always comply with the license conditions. In this role, you will mainly work behind the scenes, with a focus on administrative tasks, reporting and support of the team and customers.

You will join our Software Sourcing team at Econocom Products and Solutions.

 

Your Key Responsibilities?

As a Licensing Administrator, you are responsible for the administrative and support tasks within license management. You'll work with both customers and internal teams to efficiently manage license agreements and optimize processes.

Your tasks include:

  • Administering and maintaining license agreements and renewals.
  • Supporting the coordination of license applications and renewals.
  • Preparing reports on license usage, costs and inventory.
  • Managing license inventory and ensuring an up-to-date overview of all active licenses.
  • Preparing and managing quotations, price lists and contracts.
  • Supporting the sales and legal team with licensing-related issues.
  • Maintaining customer relationships through administrative support and answering questions about licensing.

 

What do you already bring to the table?

For this administrative and support role, we are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications:

  • A bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, information technology, or a related field, or relevant work experience in a support function (such as administration, planning, or contract management).
  • Experience with Microsoft solutions and licensing programs is a plus.
  • Good command of Excel for preparing reports and managing license data.
  • Dutch and English (C2), both orally and in writing. Knowledge of French is a plus.
  • An analytical and precise working style with an eye for detail.
  • Strong administrative skills and experience in managing documents and data.
  • Good communication skills for supporting clients and internal teams.
  • A proactive and team-oriented work attitude.
