Your Role?
As a Sales Specialist IT Staffing Solutions, you will be responsible for the commercial development of Econocom's IT staffing solutions. To achieve this, you smoothly combine your proactive search for new opportunities in the market with the management of existing customer relationships. For your customers, you are a sparring partner in the search for sustainable solutions for their personnel needs in the IT department and you translate these into long-term cooperation agreements.
In the region, you are the face and the face of the business unit. Of course, you don't work alone. You will receive the necessary support from Marketing to expand your region commercially and our recruiters and competence managers will ensure that you can serve your customers at a high level with the right IT talent.
You report directly to the Director Portfolio IT Staffing.
Your Key Responsibilities?
- General business economic knowledge and affinity are essential to be able to fulfil this role.
- You have a generalist knowledge of the IT staffing market, especially in the domains of infrastructure, modern workplace, cloud, IT service management.
- If you can also talk about Data Intelligence and DevOps, that's a bonus!
- You can establish relationships at both c-level and operational levels such as IT management, HR, purchasing, ...
- You can detect the customer's needs in a decent way and translate them into a concrete solution at the level of your interlocutors.
- You already have a proven track record in successfully managing a sales pipeline, ideally in IT staffing / recruitment.
- Driving license B
- FR: Excellent, NL + English: professional conversational level
What do you already bring to the table?
- Diploma or equivalent: Bachelor/Master of economics,
- Medior experience level: 5-10 years of work experience, but we are also open to less or more experience.
- Sales experience in a B2B service environment & Staffing is ideal (IT, engineering...)
